LeBron James is considered one of the greatest NBA basketball players of all time.  His full name is LeBron Raymone James, also known by the name King James.

James began his professional career with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003 and played for the team for 11 seasons, leading them to the NBA Finals in 2007 and 2016.

He then played for the Miami Heat from 2010 to 2014, where he won two NBA championships. James has won four NBA championships in total, four NBA Most Valuable Player Awards, and two Olympic gold medals. He is also known for his philanthropy and social activism.

Kind James

LeBron James gained national attention in his junior year when he appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated, being referred to as “The Chosen One”. He was widely recognized as the best high school player in the country in his senior season and was selected as the first overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

He also signed a historic $90 million endorsement deal with Nike before even playing a professional game.

BDH Injury

On April 1st, 2022, the story of LeBron James’ supposed ‘torn BDH injury’, really had people believing it was true. An April Fool’s prank caused disappointment for basketball fans worldwide when a fake article circulated claiming that LA Lakers’ star player LeBron James would be out for a year due to an unusual injury.

An article that was published on Clutch (and already removed) caused concern among Lakers fans with the headline “LeBron James out for the season with a torn BDH.” The article stated that the recovery time for such an injury is “truly insane” and that James was expected to be out for a full year, much to the delight of the LA Clippers and Brooklyn Nets fans. However, readers who made it to the end of the article realized it was all a joke, as the last paragraph clearly stated that it was an April Fool’s prank.

Fans were fooled by the prank about LeBron James having a “torn BDH” injury

The news of LeBron James’ supposed “torn BDH” injury quickly spread on social media, with many expressing shock and concern and using shocked emojis in their tweets and retweets.

BDH Joke

What’s BDH Anyways

The article attempted to explain the meaning of “BDH” in a vague manner. The term is vulgar and refers to a specific body part that only men possess. The size of this body part can vary and if it were to be “torn”, it would be extremely painful, especially if it is large.

Anyways, the great player isn’t really leaving basketball for 12 months. Go Lakers!
