To do so, follow the steps that we mention below:
- When using the battery, suspend the equipment after Never.
- Create a new power plan
By creating a new power plan you can also prevent the computer from going to sleep after a certain time. - The steps to follow are very easy:
- Open the Windows control panel.
- Select Power Options.
- Click on the following if u want to change the settings:
- Change power plan settings
You will see that a window opens with the same options as in the previous case, you must configure the new power plan as follows:
Screen off: Never.
Put the computer in a sleep state: Never.

The energy-saving schedule is not exclusive to Windows computers, Mac computers also have energy savings programmed, which causes the computer to go to sleep or sleep after a certain period of time without use.
